Taste of Italy

This box of Italian cuisine has been hand crafted by our professional Chefs. It consists of two starters, two mains, two sides and two desserts:

Starters:

Mushroom, truffle and parmesan arancini, parmesan cream, wilted spinach.

Classic minestrone soup, garlic focaccia.

Mains:

Slow cooked rolled belly of pork with fennel, chilli and rosemary.

Chicken roulade wrapped in pancetta and filled with a mascarpone and sun blushed tomato farce.

Sides:

Tuscan sausage and borlotti bean stew.

Italian style garlic and thyme roasted potatoes.

Desserts:

Tiramisu (lift me up).

Vanilla panna cotta with amoretti biscuits, raspberries and raspberry coulis.
